Mark A. Wingo, FPWM® (Mr. Wingonomics)  is the President and CEO of New Beginning Financial Group, LLC (NBFG), a tax, insurance and financial advisory company he founded in 2006. Mr. Wingo has over 2 decades of banking and finance experience.; before founding NBFG he worked at two of the largest banks in the country, TCF Bank and U.S. Bank, was a mortgage professional at Mortgage Investment & Consultants, and has experience as a financial advisor at one of the largest asset manager in the world, Ameriprise Financial.  Today, NBFG spans across 15 states, helping 1,000's become more financially responsible. Mr. Wingonomics is also the author of the best selling book "Wingonomics" How to become a Cash Flow Millionaire on Any Budget, in Any Market!

1. TCF Bank: Mr. Wingo started his banking career at TCF Bank, initially working as a bank teller and later transitioning to a role as a mortgage loan servicing representative. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the workings of the banking and mortgage industries.

2. Mortgage & Investment Consultants: Building on his knowledge from TCF Bank, Mr. Wingo moved into a career as a mortgage professional at Mortgage & Investment Consultants. This step allowed him to deepen his expertise in mortgage services and financial solutions.

 

3. Transition to US Bank: With the challenges in the mortgage market and economy, Mr. Wingo shifted to US Bank, where he worked as a financial sales representative. This role further honed his skills in financial services and sales within a banking environment.

4. Ameriprise Financial: Mr. Wingo's career path also led him to Ameriprise Financial, one of the largest asset managers globally. During his time there as a financial advisor, he pursued the series 7 & 63 securities exams, although he did not pass them. Despite this setback, the experience was transformative, providing him with deep insights into financial markets and igniting his passion for helping others achieve financial responsibility.

 

Throughout his career journey, Mr. Wingo gained hands-on experience in banking, mortgage services, financial sales, and financial advising. His diverse background and perseverance in the face of challenges have contributed to his success as a financial professional and entrepreneur. This background also underscores his commitment to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of finance and achieve their financial goals.
