Personal Income Tax - 3 Step Process
Step 1: Schedule Your Tax Appointment

Scheduling your tax appointment is the most important step in the process. Now you have three options:

Note: We offer a FREE LOOK at your last year tax return. Please have a copy available to provide a copy to your tax professional

 

Tip: It's best to call to speak with a tax professional to consult over the phone and/or schedule a meeting before you begin the tax process. This way the prepare can get a better understanding of your tax and financial situation.

Step 2: Submit Your Taxes

Submitting your tax information is fast, easy and secure with our TaxesToGo Mobile App. - All you have to do is search TaxesToGo in the app. store on your smart phone, download the app, create an account and call/text your name to (404) 458-7243 along with your FULL NAME, EMAIL and the 5 digit code that will be provided to you after you set up your tax profile on our mobile app. Then, make sure you have ALL tax related documents ready. Give us a call with any questions - Lastly, DO NOT DELETE THE TAXESTOGO APP! This is how we communicate with you, send you your tax paperwork to review and sign before we e-file your taxes. We also have a Client Portal that we can communicate with our clients. 

The Required Forms are all within the TaxesToGo Mobile App and Client Portal.
 

  • Private Policy Form (Required)

  • Client Intake Form (Required)

  • Consent to use & disclosure (Required)

  • Due Diligence Form (with dependents)

  • Schedule C Form (Self Employed)


We require ALL tax customers to submit proof of Identity in-person, through the TaxesToGo App or client portal. 
 

  • Readable copies of Identification (Adults)

  • Copies of Social Security Cards (dependents)

At this time we have completed your tax return. The next step is for you to review, collect tax preparation fee, sign e-file form 8879 via the TaxesToGo Mobile App and we electronically file your return to the IRS.  

 

Forms of payment:

  • Tax Prep Fee can be deducted from your refund (Additional Bank Fee Applies)

  • Paypal (additional service fee apply)

  • On Site - We accept Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards

  • Cash (we will provide a receipt)

  • Cashiers check or money order

  • Personal check (restrictions apply)

 

Tip: In about 14 - 21 business days from the date your return was accepted electronically by the IRS, the amount of your refund less filing fees will be deposited into your bank account. All times are estimated because the IRS no longer publishes the refund cycle chart. Please refer to the Customer Data Entry form you signed in step 2. Where is my refund? Click on Get Refund Status to check your tax refund status.
