All access to and use of New Beginning Financial Group, LLC is governed by the Terms of Use agreement. By using or subscribing to New Beginning Financial Group, LLC, you agree to the following. You also acknowledge that this agreement may change from time to time without notice to you.

By completing an application to become a New Beginning Financial Group, LLC membership customers I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and I acknowledge that I have carefully read and agreed to the terms of use.
 
A- Customer Responsibility:

A1) The customer is responsible for correctly completing this customer membership application and submitting it to New Beginning Financial Group, LLC, unless I have otherwise indicated and authorized the selling representative to input this order into the system on my behalf.
A2) If the customer membership application and/or data have incorrect information, it may delay the processing times. Applications will be processed in the same week all information is corrected. Any delay in processing due to incorrect information is the customer’s responsibility.
A3) New Beginning Financial Group, LLC is not responsible for any customer membership application and/or funds not sent directly to the company. A retail customer allowing someone else to assume this responsibility acts at his/her own risk.
A4) New Beginning Financial Group, LLC is not responsible for merchandise refused or unclaimed by the customer or returned by the customer without prior approval. Any reshipment of merchandise will be at the customer’s expense.
A5) The customer membership application is binding upon its receipt and acceptance at the home office of New Beginning Financial Group, LLC located at P.O. Box 251521, Woodbury, MN 55125, where it is preformed.
A6) New Beginning Financial Group, LLC office hours are from Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM,
 
B- Usage:

B1) You will have unlimited use to login to you account at any time of the day.
B2) The purpose of this website is to provide resources and tools to help you manage your finances. Our purpose is not to collect your personal financial information such as credit card data.
B3) We will not sell your information to any other company.
B4) New Beginning Financial Group, LLC reserves the rights to refuse service to any customer, for any reason.

C- Cancellation Notice:

C1) You are responsible for cancelling your own subscription and my do so at any time without penalty or obligation.
C2) If you cancel, it must be done in a written form or by calling New Beginning Financial Group, LLC during office hours. You can also cancel your membership online, by logging in your account.
C3) Third party affiliates will have their own terms and conditions. Please visit their website to learn more.

D- Service guarantees

D1) New Beginning Financial Group, LLC does not grantee results on any one of our products or services.

F2) Member may be removed with/without explanation by New Beginning Financial Group, LLC
F3) All members who have registered on or after December 31, 2011 will be no be charged.
F4) Monthly service fee for members are subject to change with/without notice.

G - Material

G1) All back-office material is property of New Beginning Financial Group, LLC
G2) The material is only for the use of the Online Financial Community. Use without a membership/account /permission is prohibited.

H - Copyrights, Tradmarks and Patents (Intellectual Property Policy)

H1) NO COMMERCIAL REUSE OF New Beginning Financial Group, LLC SERVICES. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the New Beginning Financial Group, LLC Services (including Content, advertisements, Software and Wingonomics™).
H2) You agree that all of New Beginning Financial Group’s trademarks, trade names, service marks and other New Beginning Financial Group, LLC logos and brand features, and product and service names are trademarks and the property of New Beginning Financial Group, LLC.
