New Beginning Financial Group, LLC was founded in February of 2009 by Mark A. Wingo. His vision was to provide financial literacy through financial education. We are a privately held Tax Preparation, Insurance and Financial Service Company. Our company is headquartered in Woodbury, Minnesota. We currently serve the Twin Cities Metro Area and Surrounding Suburbs, with future plans to expand to other states. As an independent insurance agency we represent more than a dozen carriers who are able to offer our clients the best fit of product(s) to fit their best interest.

Our Mission:
New Beginning Financial Group, LLC provides objective financial planning to our clients utilizing insurance products and services, and other financial planning concepts that will enable our clients to reach their financial goals. We want to be the financial service company that help families better manage their money, maintain their way of living, and prosper when their income is less not only financially, but in life.
