Duties:
Serve a one - two year unpaid termDevelop, manage and gather research from focus groups in the communityMake decisions that best interest of the company, clientele and communityOrganizie training, and educational programs for staff, executives and leadershipPromotion of company to local community in a positive imageOversight of the company guidelines, policies and procedures Participate in open discussions and decision makingEstablish ad hoc committees as neededAttend Board Meetings held 8 -12 times a year in Woodbury, MN. Meeting last up to 3 hours.Must be avaliable via email and/or conference calls to discuss and vote on subject mattersReview applications received by prospects to become a member of a committeBecome a member of the Nominating Committee
